I'm using Premiere Pro 7.0. In previous versions, when I imported a clip or an image, Premiere stretched it to fit the screen. Now it just centers it and the size depends on the original size.

    Damn, I suck at English...

Anyways, how do I make the image/clip adjust to the screen?

well you can always fool around with the 'motion', it's a standard effect in your effect window.

check out the properties of the clip... I?m not sure, but I think you?ll find the answer there... Or maybe it?s simply on the right click pop-up menu...? It?s been a while since I used premiere.

Any still images that are brought into Premiere Pro are displayed at their exact size, i.e. an image brought in at 100 x 100 pixels would appear very small in the monitor window.

To resize this in Premiere or to zoom in on an area you can use the motion effect by selecting the clip on the Timeline and going to the Effect Controls window.

If you don't want to mess about with still images in Premiere make sure that they are all 720 x 567 (for PAL TV format) pixels before bringing them in.
